Race Report

RACE-6 THE BAY MEADOWS RATING 60-40 (CLASS 3&4) 1500 METRES (93)
SIMSHAN JAGUAR (K W LEONG), SUN PROFIT (A CALDER) and WIN A LITTLE (W T PAO) jumped awkwardly.
Jockey J PESCUISO the rider of RANSOM POWER was found guilty of a charge of careless riding under MJC Rule 132 (i) in that approaching the 1200 metres he made insufficient effort to stop his mount RANSOM POWER shifting in when not clear of FLYING HORSE which was taken in onto MASTER WINNER (L CORRALES) resulting in that horse being crowded and checked, then continuing to allow his mount to shift in resulting in FLYING HORSE being checked. He was suspended from riding in races for the racemeeting of 25 November 2011 and fined the sum of HK$3,000 in lieu of 1 additional racemeeting. He was advised of his Right of Appeal at 5:45pm.
Near the 700 metres FLYING HORSE (P U WONG) hung in for a short distance and bumped LUEN YAT HONOUR (P H CHAN).
Near the 600 metres SIMSHAN JAGUAR (K W LEONG) was steadied when momentarily crowded by MASTER WINNER (L CORRALES) which hung in slightly.
MASTER WINNER (L CORRALES) raced wide throughout.
