RACE-7 GUANGXI HECHI MACAU INTERNATIONAL CITY CHARITY TROPHY RATING 70-40 (CLASS 3) 1800 METRES (195)
JYLLAND (J PESCUISO) and FLAMING SWORD (D BONILLA) jumped awkwardly.
TURQUOISE DANE (K H YU) was slowly away.
SILK CUT (F DURSO) over raced in the middle stages.
AMAZING EAGLE (W L HO) raced wide for the majority of the race and over raced in the middle stages.
Jockey J PESCUISO the rider of JYLLAND pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MJC Rule 132 (i) in that shortly after the 300 metres he permitted his mount to shift in when not quite clear of HOSTWIN CHAMPION (K M CHIN) which had improved quickly to his inside resulting in HOSTWIN CHAMPION being taken in onto THE LUCKY DUKE (L CORRALES) which in turn was crowded onto GLOBAL ONE (G GIBBONS), with these 3 horses all having to be checked. He was suspended from riding in races for the racemeeting of 28th January 2012 and fined the sum of HK$7,000 in lieu of 2 additional racemeetings. He was advised of his Right of Appeal at 19:20pm.
