Race Report

RACE-3 THE ADVOCATE (DIV.2) RATING 70-50 (CLASS 3) 1500 METRES (431)
MR BEST (M NUNES) jumped awkwardly.
LET GO (K M CHIN) and DANEHILL TIGER (K L LEI) were slowly away.
Near the 700 metres LET IT SNOW (L CORRALES) was steadied when awkwardly placed close to the heels of FANTASTICPRIVILEGE (K W LEONG) which shifted in slightly when awkwardly placed close to the heels of NEOCORTEX (W SMITH) which shifted in slightly whilst giving ground.
In the middle stages POWER MORE (APPRENTICE C PERKINS) raced awkwardly with its head up and for some distance after the 700 metres hung out. Then when under pressure in the straight POWER MORE raced greenly.
FANTASTICPRIVILEGE (K W LEONG) hung out rounding the home turn.
When under pressure in the straight FANTASTICPRIVILEGE (K W LEONG) hung in and had to be straightened on a number of occasions.
When under pressure in the straight MIGHTY THOR (F DURSO) hung out and proved difficult to ride out.
LAUGHING WORLD (W T PAO) and DANEHILL TIGER (K L LEI) raced wide for the majority of the race.
A post race veterinary examination of WEAR A SMILE (H LAM) failed to reveal any significant abnormality.
