RACE-4 THE BURY RATING 80-50 (CLASS 2&3) 1600 METRES (310)
6 Luenyat Plus Value (W L Ho)-From the 1300 metres was inclined to lay out. From the 800 metres was inclined to lay in for some distance; From the 100 metres eased; Rider explained mount had not responded to his riding.

INQUIRY: Mr C Marshall the trainer of 5 Chiu Chow Knight (A Calder) was asked if he could provide an explanation for the apparent improved performance of 5 Chiu Chow Knight. He stated that 5 Chiu Chow Knight had some ongoing minor soundness issues including a splint and bone bruise to a foreleg resulting in the gelding missing some work and a race commitment. He added whilst the gelding did race well fresh, he considered it had also appreciated not being pressured after improving mid race and felt other runners had shown the effect of hard runs on heavy tracks.

VETERINARY: 6 Luenyat Plus Value (W L Ho)-Post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any significant abnormality. Trainer P C Choi was informed to present 6 Luenyat Plus Value to the veterinary Clinic for a thorough veterinary examination on Saturday, 27th April 2013.
