3 Modena Creation (C Perkins) –Was slow to muster speed.
4 Wine Buddies (K W Leong) –Poor performance; A post race veterinary examination was ordered by the Steward.
6 Beauty Of Victory (Apprentice Y M Choi) –Shifted out abruptly passing the 200 metres when struck with the whip.
7 Hostwin Helios (L Corrales) –On the arrival at the barrier was examined by the Veterinary Surgeon at the request of its rider and passed fit to run.
10 Sandy Beach (Apprentice K Y Wong) –Was slow to begin.

VETERINARY:
4 Wine Buddies (K W Leong) –A post race veterinary examination of 4 Wine Buddies which performed poorly revealed that the horse was lame in the left foreleg. Trainer Y C Fung was informed that the horse will not be permitted to race for 11 days and until a veterinary clearance is produced.
