3 Golden Double (Apprentice K Y Wong) – Rider K Y Wong was issued with a fine of HK$2,000 under MJC Rule 14 (xvii)(a) for failing to claim down to his minimum riding weight; Disappointing performance; Rider reported that his mount dipped in the going on a number of occasions and did not appear to be comfortable racing on today’s surface.
6 Easy Money (K H Yu) –Passing the 600 metres was momentarily placed in restricted room to the inside of 11 Unbreakable.
7 Sunshine Tacker (M Cangas) – Shifted in abruptly after making heavy contact with 5 Golden Idol.
9 My Lucky Baby (C F Chan) –On jumping away became unbalanced for a number of strides when tightened between 6 Easy Money which shifted out and 5 Golden Idol which was taken in by 7 Sunshine Tacker after being bumped by that gelding
11 Unbreakable (L Salles) –Raced very wide without cover.

VETERINARY:
3 Golden Double (Apprentice K Y Wong) –A post race veterinary examination of 3 Golden Double which was disappointing failed to reveal any significant abnormality.
