	Introduction :	Stephen Chow was a riding coach in Hong Kong before he came to Macau in 1990 as stable supervisor. During the summer breaks Chow was a regular visitor to New Zealand where he enriched his knowledge in the racing field. He was granted a trainer’s license in the 1995/1996 Racing Season.
