Race Report

RACE-3 THE CAIRNS (DIV.2) RATING 40-20 (CLASS 5) 1400 METRES (76)
LET IT SNOW (B YAMZON) jumped awkwardly and lost ground.
MACAU WARRIOR (A HELFENBEIN) hung out rounding the first turn.
PEARL KING (L CORRALES) raced wide rounding the first turn.
FORTUNE HORSE (M NUNES) raced wide rounding the home turn and hung in in the home straight proving difficult to ride out.
Trainer W T LAI was informed that MY DREAM (K H YU) which was uncompetitive will not be permitted to race for 11 days and until the horse has passed a barrier trial.
DECENT MASTER (K M CHIN) raced wide for the majority of the race.
A post race veterinary examination of MISSION FORTUNE (K K LAI) which tired in the home straight failed to reveal any significant abnormality. Trainer PAT LEE was informed to present MISSION FORTUNE to the Veterinary Clinic for a thorough veterinary examination on Sunday, 21st October 2012.
