RACE-2 THE MORTON RATING 50-20 (CLASS 4&5) 1950 METRES (277)

3 Tron General (C Perkins) –Laid out rounding the home turn and in the straight; Rider stated that the gelding was not suited by the fast tempo and failed to run on as expected; Disappointing performance; A post race veterinary examination was ordered by the Stewards.
4 Sandtop (K W Leong) –Raced keenly during the early stages; Raced greenly for some distance inside the 200 metres resulting in his rider having to stop riding and straighten his mount.
6 Yu Long Success (R Curatolo) –Jumped away awkwardly and lost ground.

VETERINARY:
3 Tron General (C Perkins) –A post race veterinary examination of 3 Tron General (C Perkins) which was disappointing failed to reveal any significant abnormality.
