RACE-2 THE DAHLIA RATING 95-70 (CLASS 1&2) 1200 METRES (50)

1 Ahern (L Corrales) –Slow into stride; In the early stages was held up and unable to obtain clear running.
2 Sunshine Tacker (M Cangas) –Slow into stride.
5 Sacred Hustler (Suraj Narredu) –Was inclined to lay out rounding the home turn.
6 Best Co Tack (W T Pao) –Was slow to begin.
7 Lobor Treasure (K W Leong) –Raced wide throughout and was inclined to over race in the early stages.

INQUIRY:
The Stewards inquired into an incident near the 1100 metres where 2 Sunshine Tacker (M Cangas) was momentarily tightened for room and was eased off the heels of 3 My Lucky Baby (Apprentice C F Wong). It was established that racing to the 1100 metres 3 My Lucky Baby was inclined to shift in and away from 4 Special Kid (B Yamzon) resulting in 2 Sunshine Tacker being momentarily tightened for room and had to be eased off the heels of 3 My Lucky Baby. After considering all the evidence, the Stewards could not attribute blame to any one rider and no action was taken.
