Race Report

RACE-3 THE MAJOR PORTION (DIVISION – 1) RATING 50-30 (CLASS 4&5) 1300 METRES (3)
SUNSHINE FATE (W L HO) jumped out at the start and made contact with PREMIUM AMBASSADOR (K F CHOI).
HEYDAY FOR THE SUN (APPRENTICE C F WONG) jumped away awkwardly.
Near the 1100 metres FREE FREE (LEI KIN MENG) hung out across the heels of LUEN YAT FORTUNE (H LAM) and had to be checked.
CHANAK (C F CHAN) and FREE FREE (LEI KIN MENG) raced wide rounding the first turn.
CITY SUPER (M NUNES) raced wide from the 600 metres.
Passing the 400 metres NITTAN NITTAN (K M CHIN) shifted out and brushed CITY SUPER (M NUNES).
SPECIAL AGENT (R J PEREZ) and LUEN YAT FORTUNE (H LAM) raced wide throughout.
A post race veterinary examination of both PREMIUM AMBASSADOR (K F CHOI)
and CHANAK (C F CHAN) failed to reveal any significant abnormality. Trainer G W Moore was informed that he would be required to present PREMIUM AMBASSADOR to the Veterinary Clinic for a thorough veterinary examination on Monday, 20th September 2010.
Subsequent to the race, swab samples were taken from HEYDAY FOR THE SUN (APPRENTICE C F WONG) and CITY SUPER (M NUNES).
